DOG

The dog, descended from the wolf and domesticated by man around 12,000 years ago, has been the subject of artificial selection, carried out by man with the intention of creating dog breeds that are increasingly tamable and suitable for collaboration with man in the workplace . During this selection, aimed at searching for a docile and human-dependent dog, subjects were born that were increasingly immature/infantile from a psychological point of view, therefore temperamentally more similar to the wolf puppy than to the adult wolf.
