LABURNUM

Large shrub native to southern Europe which is commonly defined as "Laburnum" in reference to the time and appearance of its peculiar flowering, which generally develops on multiple stems up to a height of 4-6 m. Showy with abundant flowering that appears towards the end of spring, around the month of May, when the shrub is covered with fragrant golden yellow flowers arranged in pendulous clusters 20-25 cm long. Three-lobed leaves, 6 cm long, green on the upper side and silvery-green on the lower side. It tolerates multiple substrates and requires full sun or partial shade exposure.
