PARROT

Parrots belong to the Psittaciformes, birds widespread in the tropical belt. Most species have brightly colored plumage, hooked beaks and prehensile legs. For these very long-lived and monogamous birds, in which the pair relationship can last for a lifetime, communication is very important, which is why their vocal abilities are highly developed.
